Therapists and Helping Professionals
It’s my honor to work as a therapist to other therapists and helping professionals. You spend so much of your time, energy, and heart supporting and caring for others. You also face the unique challenge of navigating your own personal, emotional, mental health, and relational experiences while holding space for those of your clients. I understand these challenges and know them well.
Having your own supportive therapist can be invaluable—not only for continuing your own healing and growth, but also for helping you stay present and available for your clients, your relationships, and your own family. Perhaps your work with clients has highlighted areas for growth in your own life, brought up something you want to explore more deeply, or simply reminded you that you can also have the same care and support you offer to others.
And this work isn't only for therapists. If you're a helping professional who spends your days caring for, supporting, or serving others, you may also need a place to slow down, process what you're carrying, and tend to your own healing and growth. Whether you're a counselor, social worker, physician, nurse, educator, or another helping professional, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you do the same work you're so often inviting others to do.
