Finding a counselor who is the right fit for you is an important part of the therapy process. If you've read through my website and what I've shared about myself and the areas of therapy I focus on resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation or schedule an intake session. Both are opportunities for you to get a feel for who I am, ask questions, and decide whether I’m the right therapist for you. And if we talk and you decide you'd like to continue looking, I'm happy to help provide referrals to other counselors who may be a better fit.

Our first session is an opportunity for me to learn more about you, understand what you'd like to work on in therapy, begin developing goals together, and answer any questions you may have. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for who I am and decide whether I’m a good fit for you and the work you'd like to do.I generally start by explaining how I approach therapy and what you can expect from me. From there, we'll begin talking about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to get from it, and what you'd like our work together to look like.
I am currently accepting new private-pay clients. Sessions are $165 for 50 minutes.I do not file directly with insurance, but I may be able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider before beginning therapy to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits, coverage, and reimbursement requirements.
